MARYSVILLE, Ca. – The Medford Rogues (30-13) defeated the Marysville Gold Sox (17-28) 12-2 on Tuesday night at Colusa Casino Stadium.

The Rogues got the scoring started early, thanks to an RBI single by Eric Yang (UC Santa Barbara), which scored Alex Isola (Utah) in the first inning.

Clay Valenzuela-Reece (Campbellsville) walked to lead off the third inning. Davis Delorefice (Utah) was hit by a pitch, and Isola bunted the runners over to second and third. Johnny DeLaCruz (Louisiana-Monroe) singled home Valenzuela-Reece.

With two on, Yang doubled to right-centerfield, scoring Delorefice and DeLaCruz, his second and third RBI of the day.

Delorefice singled with one out in the seventh. DeLaCruz hit a pop fly double, which scored Delorefice. Later in the inning, Yang delivered again. He hit a two-out single to score DeLaCruz, which put the Rogues again up by four.

Scotty Wright (Colorado Christian) doubled with two outs in the top of the eighth. Valenzuela-Reece and Delorefice reached on errors before Isola delivered a two-RBI double off the left field wall.
