Rogues Sign Luiz Article By: MEDFORD, Or. -- The Medford Rogues have signed catcher Marshal Luiz from Jackson State University for the 2019 season. Luiz batted .252 with 32 runs scored and a 29:13 walk:strikeout ratio in 34 games this season as the primary catcher for the Tigers. He was also 7-7 in stolen base attempts.
