Rogues Fall in Rubber Match Jake Hellweg (Bethune-Cookman) went 5-10 with three runs scored in the series. Article By: CHICO, Ca. – The Medford Rogues (16-8) dropped the final game of the series to the Chico Heat (15-9) 14-5 on Saturday night at Nettleton Stadium.
Davis Delorefice (Utah) went 2-4 with a run scored. He lead off every game of the series with a single. He finished the series 6-12 with three RBI and three walks.
Alex Isola (Utah) went 2-4 with two RBI. He had an RBI single in the first and ninth innings.
Clay Valenzuela-Reece (Campbellsville) went 2-3 with an RBI, a run scored, and a walk. He scored Johnny DeLaCruz (Louisiana-Monroe), who went 2-4, in the second inning.
Connor Lowrie (Blackhawk JC) pitched his first inning for the Rogues this season. He came on in relief for Brady Smith (Cal State San Marcos) in the seventh inning.
