Mike Allen

Assistant Coach



Mike Allen enters his second season with the Rogues. As an Ashland native, Mike played alongside fellow Rogues coaches Bill Rowe and Tim Hegdahl at Ashland High School, where they won the first two (Southern Oregon Conference) baseball championships in school history.  In addition to his duties as Rogues bullpen coach, Mike also works for an exceptional local business called Rogue Produce, and plays for the Medford Pirates Baseball Club.

  • Northwest Conference Freshman of the Year (Willamette University) 
  • Mt. Hood Community College all-time hitting streak record holder (24 Games)
  • Bend Elks Baseball Club Pitcher of the Year
  • Five NAIA & NWAACC All-Conference selections (3 OF, 2 P)
  • Three-time collegiate Academic All-American  
  • Graduated from Concordia University (CU), Portland, with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science  (magna cum laude)
  • CU Scholar Athlete of the Year 
  • Twice named CU Baseball Co-MVP
  • Pitched three consecutive perfect games for the Portland Javelinas of the Northwest Independent Baseball League (27 IP, 0 H, 0 BB, 51 K)
