MEDFORD, Ore. – The Medford Rogues (22-9) dropped the final game of the series to the Portland Pickles (14-16) 10-6 on Sunday night at Harry & David Field.

Dylan Pearce (Oregon State) went five innings, gave up just one hit and two earned runs, and struck out five.

Scotty Wright (Colorado Christian) led off the third inning with a sharp double off the left field wall and would later score, but the big hit for Wright came in the fourth inning.

With Connor Lowrie (Blackhawk JC) and Josh Berman (Clark CC) on first and second, Scotty Wright hit another ball sharply to left field. This one hugged the foul line as it sailed over the wall, and was ruled a home run. Wright finished 4-4 with three RBI, three runs scored, and two stolen bases. He either scored or batted in every run for the Rogues.

Davis Delorefice (Utah) went 2-4 with a run scored, an RBI, and a walk. He extended his hitting streak to 11 games. With the RBI, Delorefice (27) is now the RBI leader of the Great West League surpassing Connor Lowrie (26). Alex Isola (Utah) (25) is tied for third most RBI in the Great West League.

Isola went 2-5 with an RBI.
