Medford secures the series against Fresno on Saturday on Paint the Park Pink Night

Medford, Ore – The Medford Rogues secure their fourth series win of the 2026 season with a 3-1 victory against the Fresno A’s. The Rogues got the scoring going out of the gate in the home first with an RBI single from Chris Ortiz. Medford tacked on another run in the home second with an RBI single from Travis Finney. The A’s scored their first run of the night in the third inning. It was the same score until the eighth inning. Medford loaded the bases, and Diego Grabiel walked in Jaden Neugebauer for the winning run of the game. The pitching staff looked strong out of the gate for the Rogues. Herman Luna got the start going 6.0 IP and struck out a season high eight batters. Tristin Ainsworth, Caleb Malloy, and Evan Rhoden each pitched an inning and combined for four strikeouts. Medford looks for the series sweep against Fresno tomorrow at 6:35 p.m.

The Medford Rogues 11th annual Paint the Park Pink game featured a breast cancer survivor throwing out the first pitch. The Paint the Park Pink night event raises awareness and funds for the Providence Leila J. Eisenstein Breast Center in Medford. Sponsored by Providence Medford Medical Center and Providence Community Health Foundation who tabled at the game. Rogues players signed their pink jerseys after the game. Their jerseys were in a silent auction throughout the game where fans could bid on their jerseys.
