THE ROGUES TICKETS are 100% digital. You can purchase them on your smart phone or computer in advance.
Don't wait in line at the front gates, purchase your tickets online before you arrive at the ballpark.
You may purchase tickets at the ticket office at the ballpark one hour prior to any posted game time, but expect delays.
The ticket office accepts all major credit cards and cash.
• How do I get my electronic tickets? Go to https://medfordroguesbaseball.simpletix.com/
• Your tickets will be emailed to you as a pdf file or texted to your smartphone. You will see a scannable QR code on the e-tickets on your device that our staff will scan at the gates.
• You can show the printed pdf file of your ticket and/or ticket QR code image on your phone upon entrance to the stadium or you can print out your e-ticket in advance at 100% and bring your paper ticket to show at the front gate in order to be scanned.
• The Ticket Box Office opens one hour prior to any posted game time for walk up ticket purchases. We encourage you to buy your tickets online to avoid any wait times.
• There are no ATMs on site, we encourage you to bring cash to purchase tickets if you'd like to avoid the e-ticketing data contact information input process for faster access to enter the park.
• You can also scan the barcode on the front of the pocket schedules at the Ticket Office that will take you to our SimpleTix website where you can order tickets on your cell phone at the front gate to avoid any lines.
• We encourage all fans to purchase their tickets online as early as possible, especially on Fireworks nights. If you intend to pay for your tickets at the front gates with a credit card, expect delays especially on special promotional games as there may be 1,000 fans attending.
• Unfortunately, there are no shaded seats at the City of Medford's Harry & David Field. You can bring in umbrellas and other items for shade as long as you do not obstruct other guests views. The sun sets on the Home side or 3rd base side. All bleacher seats are general admission.
