Lincoln, CA — The Medford Rogues drop the final game of the road trip against the Lincoln Potters 13-3 on Saturday night. The Potters right out of the gate struck first putting up a two spot in the first inning on an RBI triple from Ian Guanzon and a RBI ground out from Ty McGraw. In the next inning, the Potters offense heated up, scoring four runs. The Rogues got their first run across in the series when Chris Ortiz hit into a double play that drove in Logan Macy. Lincoln, in the bottom of the third inning, scored three more times. The Rogues offense fired back with a run in the fourth inning on an RBI groundout from Ethan Swensen, which drove in Jackson Rosenthal. Lincoln, in the fifth inning, scored a run on an RBI from Jordy Lopez. The Potters capped off the night with a three-run homer from Ian Guanzon. Rogues offense answered back with a run in the eighth inning, and it was too late. Rogues used a parade of pitchers in the game on Saturday evening. Herman Luna got the start, only going two innings, and gave up six runs. Lorenzo Lew, Eric Hernandez, Jaden Neugebauer, Matty Ibrahim Jr, Hayden Van Acker, and Caleb Randolph saw time out of the pen. In the five-game road trip this week in California, Medford only beat Solano on Thursday. The Rogues only have six more games in the 2026 regular season.
