How To Sign Up For Camp:

To Purchase Camp-  Go to the Dugout Store and select the date you wish to attend. The only option on the store is for Pick Up for purchase, YOU WILL NOT have to pick up this purchase up. Once we recieve your Camp payment and google doc form you will receive an e-mail saying your player has been signed up for camp. ** Important your e-mail is correct you will receive communication on the camp via email.**

Player Google Doc Form- You will only need to fill this form out once for the 2023 season! The only time we may request another one to be filled out if its a special camp!

2024 Form 

CAMP INSTRUCTORS...All camps will be run by Medford Rogues Coaching Staff.


Camp Policies

  • All camps must be paid for in advance.

  • Coaches reserve the right to move the player to a different camp if it will best serve them.

  • A camp waiver must be signed for each participant in the camp.

  • There are no camp refunds. If a child is unable to attend due to a medical issue and present a Dr's note, the child will be provided credit for another camp of similar value. In the event of a cancelled camp, an attempt to reschedule will be made. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled camp, you will recieve credit equal to the price of original purchase towards a future camp.

  • Participants must bring their own glove.
